Scheduled Posts
Overview
Scheduled Posts gives users a clear view of all content queued for future publishing. Posts created from the Composer or imported via Bulk Posts with a future date are collected here. This queue allows you to review pending content, adjust timing, or cancel scheduled items before they go live — all from a single management view.
1. Scheduled Queue Dashboard
The Scheduled Posts dashboard lists all pending posts in chronological order. Each card shows:
- Scheduled Date & Time: The exact moment the post is set to publish.
- Target Platforms: Icons representing each connected social channel the post is destined for.
- Caption Preview: A snippet of the post text for quick identification.
- Media Thumbnail: A preview of any attached image or video.
- Status Badge: Current state — Pending (awaiting scheduled time) or Processing.

2. Managing Scheduled Posts
From the queue, each scheduled post card offers action controls:
- Edit Post: Open the post in the Composer to modify the caption, media, or platform targets before it publishes.
- Reschedule: Change the publish date and time directly from the queue without entering the full composer.
- Cancel / Delete: Remove the post from the queue permanently. This does not delete the source media from the library.

- View and manage all pending future posts from a single queue dashboard.
- Reschedule posts without re-entering the full composer workflow.
- Posts scheduled through Bulk Posts also appear and are manageable here.
