Overview

The AI Templates section allows admins and creators to manage reusable AI-generated content templates for videos, images, animations, and cinematic prompts. Users can browse templates by category, preview visual styles, enable or disable templates, and create custom prompt presets for consistent AI generation workflows.

Templates help streamline content production by providing pre-configured prompts, media references, and categories for different creative styles such as Anime, Cyberpunk, Product Showcase, Vehicles, Portraits, and more.

Dashboard

The AI Templates dashboard displays all created AI templates in a modern card-based layout. Each template card shows the preview image/video, template title, category, prompt preview, character count, creation date, active status toggle and quick action options.

The dashboard also includes:

1. Search functionality for quick template lookup
2. Active/Inactive status management
3. Category filter tabs for organized browsing
4. Quick actions on each template: edit, delete
5. Media preview support for image and video templates

Users can quickly manage templates or create new ones using the Add Template button.

1. Add Template

Click the Add Template button to open the template creation modal.

The form includes:

1. Title : Enter the template name
2. Category : Assign or select a category for template organization
3. Template File (Image/Video) : Upload or select a preview media file
4. Prompt : Add reusable AI prompt content for image or video generation
5. Active Status : Enable or disable template visibility and availability

After filling in the required details, click the Save Template button to create the new AI template.

2. Edit Template

Click the Edit icon on any template card to update the template details, category, media file, or prompt content. After making changes, click the Update Template button to save the updates instantly.

3. Delete Template

Click the Delete icon on a template card to remove the template from the library. A confirmation prompt appears before deletion to prevent accidental removal. Once deleted, the template is permanently removed from the system.
