The Member Management module empowers administrators to create, update, monitor, and secure member accounts. Features include manual member creation, profile editing, status toggling (active/inactive), and bulk operations for efficient administration.

1. Members List View

The main dashboard displays all registered members in a searchable, filterable table. Columns include avatar, full name, email, role, status (Active/Inactive), registration date, last login, AI credits usage summary, and action buttons. Selecting rows enables bulk actions; clicking a row may open a quick-view sidebar with detailed stats and recent activity.

2. Create Member

Clicking the “Create Member” button opens a member creation form. Super Admins can upload a profile image, enter the member’s full name, email address, password, assign roles, manage account status, and configure additional access settings securely.

3. Edit Member Details

Clicking the “Edit Member” button opens a detailed update form where Super Admins can modify member information including name, email address, profile image, assigned role, and account status. All changes are updated securely and role permission changes take effect immediately.

4. Activate / Deactivate Member

Admins can quickly activate or deactivate members directly from the Members table using the status toggle switch. When a member is deactivated, their account access is restricted immediately while all member information and platform records remain securely preserved.

5. Bulk Delete Members

Admins can select multiple members using the checkbox option and perform bulk actions directly from the toolbar. The “Bulk Delete” feature allows quick removal of selected member accounts with a secure confirmation process to prevent accidental deletion. A secure confirmation modal appears before deletion, warning about permanent member data removal including profiles, activity history, and generated content based on platform settings. After successful deletion, the member list is automatically updated instantly.

6. Filters, Search & Bulk Toolbar

Use the top search bar to quickly search members by name, email address, or role. Advanced filter options allow admins to sort members based on account status and role for easier member management. Admins can also select multiple members using the checkbox option to perform bulk delete actions quickly and efficiently.
